Don't reuse passwords. Reusing usernames shouldn't be a huge issue, no?

Exactly. Average person, not a big deal. But if someone for some reason decides to target you, you give them a huge amount of days about you quickly. I tend to make a new name for each service.

Oh, I don't use this name everywhere. I like to be recognized online, but the Venn diagram of those who know me online and those who know me offline is basically two separate circles.
