I live in Asia where arcades are still a thing. I do know some people use IIDX controllers and play with either a HDD rip (basically a cracked copy of the cabinet software) or IIDX Infinitas.

I actually have an arcade near me too like that. It's such an awesome experience. Sadly it's missing beat mania.
