On the Bessel system. There's a moon there with a thin atmosphere and oceans. It has no life though, and there's plenty of toxic rain, radiation, and the water was also toxic (dont remember how exactly).
I kinda like the idea of building a safe haven on that awful place lol.
Would keep visitors to a minimum.
