The old bushel is equal to 2 kennings, 4 pecks, or 8 dry gallons, and was used mostly for agricultural products, such as wheat.
"was used" - that is where you are wrong.
I just copied it from Wikipedia. The new bushel is based off the old bushel and the old bushel is not used so that's right I guess
Hahaha, all good. I am just making fun of these absurd units still being used in 2023.
