Ya, they are very chill. I was walking down a path with a bunch of spiderwebs going across it and reached off the path to grab a stick to knock them down. As soon as I touched the stick a copper head raised its head mere inches from my hand. I about had a heart attack but it only raised it's head to be like, hello I am here no touch pls. They are about impossible to see in leaf litter like this in real life too.
