Feeling dizzy since yesterday. It feels like I am on a boat the whole time, and I had difficultly balancing myself even on a flat floor.
Already slept for a whole afternoon yesterday, but it is still the same today, the dizziness didn't go away. Felt like a waste of time lying on bed doing nothing. Not sure what I can do to feel better except lying on bed. My weekend is so wasted.
Get your blood tested for a start if you haven’t done so lately.
Thank you for your suggestion. I had a blood test few months ago and everything was fine at that time. I am having an appointment soon with the hospital for some other issue, not sure if there will be a blood test.
If I am still dizzy in the following days, I will get it tested.
Obviously dizziness could be anything. But sounds like you aren’t anemic. That’s what I was wondering about.
Thank you for your comments. This might actually be related, I am losing a little bit of blood and need some rest at home.
Hopefully I can recover in a few days and it is not caused by something else.
Sounds a bit like vertigo. Might want to get that checked out..
Thank you for the suggestion. I am actually quite confused about dizziness and vertigo. It seems vertigo is more serious? I don't feel the nausea/ vomiting.
I hope it is just dizziness, it is getting better after some rest now.
Maybe you should consult a doctor. Feeling dizzy for extended periods can be due to something serious.
Thank you for your suggestion. I will definitely consult a doctor if I am still dizzy in the next few days.
I wouldn't wait that long. I don't know where you're from but in BC you can call 811 for a nurse hotline and ask them what you should do. It's ready, I'd do that

Thank you for your comment and the link. I am in UK, might not be able to use it.
My dizziness is less serious today after some rest at home and in bed. Hopefully just a little bit more rest and I will be fine. No worries!
