Laat ze maar eens deze test invoeren tussen sinterklaas en kerst. Wedden dat Den Haag dan wel overstag gaat? Ja, technisch kan het ertussen. Maar het is niet verstandig de belangrijkste test in het leven van kinderen - dit bepaalt voor een heel groot deel het succes voor het hele leven - te plannen wanneer men mentaal met hele andere dingen bezig is.
