An online space for the vegans of Lemmy.
Rules and miscellaneous:
- We take for granted that if you engage in this community, you understand that veganism is about the animals. You either are vegan for the animals, or you are not (this is not to say that discussions about climate/environment/health are not allowed, of course)
- No omni/carnist apologists. This is not a place where to ask to be hand-holded into veganims. Omnis coddling/backpatting is not tolerated, nor are /r/DebateAVegan-like threads
- Use content warnings and NSFW tags for triggering content

You should really just stop lying to yourself and have a look at what it really is you "love".
Are you implying anyone who eats meat loves animal cruelty?
No, we just like eating meat. It’s really not that deep
No, I don't. I think most people are not enjoying cruelty at all. I'm implying that they're just pretending they were aware of the cruelty they are actually responsible for. While in reality they have no idea.
Edit: Sorry, I thought you were the original commentor. No idea what point of view you have here.
One of what? Self aware people? Whose actions are aligned with their morals?
Damn, you just philosophically murdered them.
