I agree.
..not that a fee system couldn't be approved under certain circumstances for such a thing in this town... It's just not an easy sell
Considering that the only stipulation for the family to give GotG to the city was to keep it free I don't think there can be a fee system.
Ahh... I was unaware of that. Good to know.
