A normal centaur has the lower body of a horse, with the upper body of a man on top. It walks like a horse because its lower body is a horse's. So if you reverse it, it should have a man's lower body and walk like a man, with just the upper body of a horse.

A normal centaur has an human upper body where the horse's neck and head are, not its upper body. Front hooves and chest are still horse's upper body. The point being centaur isn't 50% human 50% horse, it's closer to 50% human 90% horse which makes no sense, but it's a mythical creature for a reason lol

If you're going to go with that, then I'd say it would be more like this:

But I still think philosophically the point of a centaur is that it's a horse with a human's upper body sticking up. It has 6 limbs only because a horse has 4 for walking, so the reverse would have a human's 2 for walking and you could debate whether the arms would be human or horse.

Just the fact that you had that illustration ready to go...

I wish I could say I did, but I just searched for it. It's not mine.
