Feeling better, not having the initial withdrawals, but kinda struggling with insomnia now. Using trazadone for sleep, but kinda hate the stuff, gives me messed up dreams and headaches. Have had a few moments where I was having a rough go at something and instinctively wanted to reach for the vodka to get through it, but staying strong and it eventually passes. Micro dosing some edibles prn to help as well.

Over all though, scores better than I was a week ago.

Actually cleaned up here and there, instead of getting wasted and sleeping all day. Digestion has been improving as well.

I have tried not to focus on the days too much though, and just keep putting one foot in front of the other. So far, so good ๐Ÿ˜Š

That sounds similar to my first week. I also had trouble sleeping, and I ate lots of comfort food. Great about the cleaning, it's amazing what can be accomplished in a day when you're not hungover. One day at a time, sounds good!
