Which movie is this from?
I think that's it's a compilation of multiple scenes made in such a way that it looks like it's from one scene.
It's from Storks. His next line after his mind was blown is, "coolcoolcool very cool very cool"

Oh, so the full sequence is actually in the movie, interesting.
It's a reasonably good movie. My kids love it and reuse quips from the scenes regularly. "I agree I agree I agree" and "Just five minutes, and then we'll stop" and "[orphan] hurts my heart" and "No gossiping go to HR!" among others.
