Plenty of stories have explored this issue with revenge, recently it was The Last of Us 2 and I thought they did a pretty good job of showing what you do to yourself when you give into violent revenge fantasies.

My guy, if you're going to use alts to win a argument, the key is to not make it look obvious. You need to not use cookie cutter arguments and you certainly need to change around the type of reasoning you give, and use different examples in each account, so no one suspects anything.

Look in the mirror, get some self awareness, and go to therapy.
