Now we're about halfway into the transfer window, what would people consider a good summer?
Seems like a 100m striker is off the table despite seeming like our most important position to strengthen, if we get hojlund for 50m and onana for 50m I'd be happy enough, though I'd really like another CF and ideally a CB for an A+ window.
I'd like to see us pick up a few young/rotation players on the cheap like Eriksen and Malcia last year. We were missing some depth last season and with sabitzer/weghorst gone we'll be missing some more
Yes good point. A few free agents or cheaper options for rotation wouldn't hurt at all, there were the rumours around the gk from Japan so hopefully a few more materialise in the next few months.
At one point, it looked like we might have a trillionnaire owner and be shopping around for Mbappe and Bellingham but the Glazers made sure that didn't happen. Not that I wanted the club to go in that direction. Always been a fan of homegrown talent myself, but the summer is really underwhelming so far.
