I don't know why, but I have a yuzu tree in my backyard in Australia, I'm renting

I love Yuzu fruit. The secret to the fruit is after picking the fruit to let it sit off the tree for a few days(or more) before you crack it open. For some reason it's just sweeter when you do this. I have one sitting in my kitchen at this moment.
