In simple words sociology is the scientific study of society. While some sociologists conduct research that may be applied directly to social policy and welfare, others focus primarily on refining the theoretical understanding of social processes and phenomenological method. I believe I have this pdf on my computer somewhere and every time I scroll past it I wonder what it's about. I always think it's someone angry at the software company but seeing it here I'm pretty sure it must be this paper.
Thanks for posting it. Skimming the content I think there are some arguments in it, that I can agree with but I'll have to give it a closer read before I can form an opinion. The title is hard to beat and I love that it got published this way. Seems fitting.
