It would be interesting to see a breakdown of pay ranges where this wage growth is happening.

We've been told no pay rises because of "current economic conditions" but I'm sure the execs have had theirs

I think this is the data that the article is quoting. I'm not sure if it breaks down this data in a meaningful way or not, but I'm pretty stupid and trying to read it on my phone so maybe I'm just not looking right
