Comically bad from the ref and VAR last night to not give Wolves a penalty (and gift United two points in the process). At least they've apologised, so that's all fine now....
The worst part is with the World Cups on both the men's and women's sport, it's clear that there is better options out there. You're telling me the richest league in the world can't get at least one guy or gal who's better than the crud we have now?
@Astrealix @Matt_Sams_314 agreed. The PL has players, managers, owners from all over the world; would make sense to have best refs from around the world
And the refs get a weekend off!!! Jolly good for the old boys! /s
Taking them off duty achieves absolutely nothing, it's not real accountability, players and staff can't even argue anymore.
Mason got fired for it at least... and then they just gave him a new job. It's stupid.
Well it's pretty darn on point of them to cover shit up but look absolutely incompetent while doing so
