The 4.272 multiplier comes from 6/1/2023 Form 10-Q divided by DRSbot 6/1/2023 total: 76,600,000 / 17,928,960 = 4.272
No one really knows what % is going to trigger anything. Common sense would assume 100% is the limit but afaik it never happens before. I want to believe that much before it reaches 100% something will happens but I am prepared for all kind of fuckery.
