If you think fake accusations are more of a problem than actual sexual assault going unpunished, you need to change the media you follow.

I would say if you have consent (either explicitly verbally or through enthusiastic body language), you're good. If you have any doubts, because she might be too drunk or whatever reason, don't go through with it.

I would even say that a signed contract could be void. Consent can always be withdrawn at any point. She could enthusiastically consent and sign a document, you get going, and then something happens that turns her off completely. She tells you to stop. Can you continue without it being rape just because you have a signed consent document?
