I hope Ukraine starts harvesting hydrogen from bathtub water and drops propane tanks full of hydrogen gas on Russian tanks. With their resources they could likely harvest enough to stop a tank dead in it's tracks, and you only need water, carbon rods, copper wire, and a power source to harvest hydrogen, you get a country with resources to build bombs and that's a country you do not want to invade any time of the year... Just a border of ignited hydrogen with dancing Ukrainians on one side flipping the bird as Russian ground assault is blown 30miles in every direction on the other.
