I want to see more euro-style mini cars on the road. Better for the environment, safer for pedestrians and cyclists, and potentially better for your pocketbook too if they weren't such costly imports/import parts.
Would wanna simultaneous switchover so they don’t coexist with F-350 Superduties (if you’re abroad think double decker bus)
More fun to drive too. You haven't lived until you've driven a small car with a large displacement (or turbo).
Zero occupant protection. Arguably worse than a motorcycle and a raincoat.
You gotta start somewhere. Or are we supposed to just have an arms race where we are eventually all driving 100 ton blocks of steel?
Its not that. The size of modern cars is to accommodate crumple zones. This design is better for people inside AND outside the car.
But bad for the environment, since you are hauling around an extra ton of padding all the time.
