Two weeks after workers at the company announced a union drive, Grindr management has issued a return-to-office policy that workers say is retaliatory.

This is part of the reason I'm so hesitant about switching jobs right now. If you don't get laid off you'll probably get forced back into the office to get people to quit without layoffs.
