Hi I'm new to building mechanical keyboard. Can I use this diode as a smd component for the corne keyboard build (https://www.lazada.co.th/products/1n4148-1n4007-1n5819-uf4007-sma-us1m-1n4148w-smd-rectifier-diode-schottky-diodes-1206-sod-123-sod-323-i4178566886-s16430479982.html) thanks in advance

Boards with surface mount diodes are most likely using 1N4148W SOD-123. I think there might be variations of the corne that don't use surface mount diodes, so make sure the one you're getting supports them.

Ergonomic, split and other weird keyboards

Rules

Keep it ergo

Posts must be of/about keyboards that have a clear delineation between the left and right halves of the keyboard, column stagger, or both. This includes one-handed (one half doesn't exist, what clearer delineation is that!?)

i.e. no regular non-split¹ row-stagger and no non-split¹ ortholinear²

¹ split meaning a separation of the halves, whether fixed in place or entirely separate, both are fine.
² ortholinear meaning keys layed out in a grid
