Wouldn’t an all-out war with Iran be the first decent thing Israel does in some time? A racist dictatorial theocracy against another, sign me up (to watch from the other side of the sea).

Also, how would an all-out war even look like? They don’t share a land or sea border, are they going to just Molotov-Ribbentrop Iraq so they can backstab each other in due time like the other dictators did?

Is hurling missiles at each other the best they can do, or am I missing something?

Well it would basically draw us and the whole middle east into chaos.

Iran could attempt to mine or blockade / blow up anything in the Straits of Hormuz, which we would have to respond to with our Navy, Iran could blow up Saudi oil refineries with missiles or drones, Israel could do the same to Iran, Israel also has nuclear weapons...

Just might destroy the global economy if 20 to 25% of the world's oil can no longer get to its destination. Might draw in the militaries of nations heavily reliant on said oil like India and China.

So what you're saying is it will encourage the entire world to stop using oil

In a potentially post apocalyptic, billions dead kinda way, sure.
