Well, thanks for the advice. I have indeed been counting the calories, slowly losing weight, and bicycling in the hills every Saturday with lesser workouts through the week. I guess it's been seven weeks now, and it's done me some good. This was the first week I didn't feel stronger than the week before; it was bound to happen eventually. Eh well, long way to go yet.
