Trying to grow yuzu, would you mind your ponzu recipe?

  • 1 part soy sauce
  • 1/2 part freshly squeezed citrus (yuzu or lemon+orange)
  • 1/4 part sake
  • 1/4 part mirin
  • Small amount of grated garlic and ginger
  • Rice vinegar to taste

Thank you, yuzu almost did not make it over winter inside house. It will take some time, but I will try with store bought yuzu extract and some lemon.
