Because even the school administration is afraid of the bully?
Not scared as much as backing him, as they are the ones to gain.
Yeah, there's definitely a whole rabbit trail of analogy adjustment that could be done there. Still, I firmly believe that a whole lot of prominent people who are sniffing Trump's farts are doing so maily from fear. (I'm looking at you Lindsey Graham.)
