Ah ok it all makes sense now.
So teleportation effects would get through. I haven't played a rogue in a while, but now I'm interested if his blink ability would bypass web.
And hunter bow with a projecting enchantment should shoot through it, as well.
I don't think duelist with an assassin sword can blink through it nor can other blink abilities. I'd imagine the web from a giant mutant spider to be pretty resilient. you can burn it, disintegrate it, or throw something on it though.
Yeah it says the blink can't go through solid terrain.
