How do you post music to lemmy ? You can post images and video files with music tracks, but what about simple.mp3? (lemmy.ml)

Do I have to convert my mp3 file to mp4 by adding blackout video track using handbrake ?

It seems you can’t. Take a look at u/nutomic’s comment downthread. AFAICT, the best you can do is upload it to some other site and post a link to it here.
