簡單來說就花錢買工作經驗，因為很多公司招的人都是要有幾年工作經驗的人，台灣以後這種花錢上班的公司開起來我也是不意外了。

無薪實習生不積極也很難管理

你說對了，無薪實習因為知道怎樣做都沒薪水拿所以不會積極學習，但這種花錢上班就跟巨◯一樣的道理。
