I haven't but if 10 years of time won't help then neither will any cream or lotion
But does it hurt to try it?
As another poster said, silicone scar gel (or personal lube, if you don’t care) works well.
It works best on hypertrophic scars, or those that are thick and raised. Age of the scar can be a factor, but even 20 year old scars can be modified by application to and massage (5 min a day) of the area.
Atrophic scars, ones that are sunken are a bit more difficult to address without more invasive work.
