The article goes to great lengths to avoid answering the one question I had. The people who are upset seem to be claiming this character violates some kind of established lore, what established lore do they claim she violates?
The clones are all historically just clones of one person, Jango Fett. Here is the wiki which goes further into lore. I don't care enough to be upset about it but my first thought is huh that's weird.
Hmm, I'd expect that there are reasons, beyond genetics, that someone could be trans that would still fit that lore. If that's their entire rationale for being upset, then it sounds like they are just searching for an excuse to be angry
That and the lore establishes that a certain percentage of them ended up wildly different. I think one of them in the Bad Batch was a little blonde girl?
