Nope. Still expecting touch screens in cars to be outlawed like phones used to be.

The browser can not be used while the vehicle is moving. This is for use only when stationary.

That's only the browser. Changing radio stations, adjusting the temperature, picking an alternative route when traffic is slow are all things that require taking your mind and eyes off the road with a touch screen, a lot more than with physical controls.

Also, the first thing I do when stopped is get out of the car. I hate those cramped things.
