The cooperation agreement with Belarus will come to an end on 27 June, before the Russian one ends."

I combed that article and couldn't find a reason, I'm with you. I think it's due to Ukraine, but it's not confirmed.

The contract ends November 30th and Cern isn't renewing with the Russians. You pasted the answer in the post description.

Because most of the world has sanctioned Russia. It's literally in the article.
