He wasn’t, but having boundaries and being a do-gooder are not the same thing. Some types of criminals need to be kept in isolation to protect them from other criminals.

Rappers, politicians, and religious leaders are all humans. Humans are scummy monsters for the most part. Biggie was a talented artist, don't get me wrong but he also rapped about beating and robbing a pregnant woman. Perhaps it was all a dream, but how many people refused to believed p Diddy was into that shit either.
