It's a nice headline, but read the article and it's not really going to help much.
not much is still better than nothing at least
We already have rules andnlaws the companies are breaking.
And ofwat has not enforced.
Increasing the punishment only works if the companies believe enforcment will happen.
Ofwat needs the motivation. Ban pay rises etc for their bosses as well.
