Unsurprising to see Ferrari in 4th. I feel like they have a better car than Merc and certainly the Aston at this point in the season but they have probably left 100 points on the table to be snapped up by other teams.
It is genuinely galling to see their strategy every week, and the lack of clear communication over the radio. Given success and failure is so easily quantified in this sport, it is genuinely remarkable to me how their strategy people still have a job when their performance is clearly poor. I do genuinely wonder if the staff T&C's are bulletproof or something.
I suppose they will get their special payout anyway, so it might not matter.
I refuse to believe Charles' race engineer has a job, every time I hear him speak
He's got to have kompromat on people really high up the org chart...
