How can I be an active user without frustraing the Admins or Mods? I am working at a slow hospital and posting is my only go to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (lemmy.world)

Point taken but ever since I have been on welbruton and working at a slow hospital my mind just races and reads alot of stuff. And I can't help think that other people need the knowledge I learned too. But I will calm it down.
