Where is that?
I'm not sure how exactly Wikimedia works, but this photo is in a folder called "Dinamik's images" under "30-11-2007," so that's probably the person who took it. According to the image description, this is at Muzhestva square in Saint Petersburg, and it looks like that's correct because satellite images of that place show the same kind of junction, and they also show a building that looks like the one in the background where you would expect it to be.
The tram in this photo is an LVS-86, and according to the Dutch Wikipedia article about trams in Saint Petersburg, it's line 55 :3
