Lemmy v0.17.4 is available. Looks like it adds some performance tweaks:

Adds an index on post.url

Creates hot_rank columns for post, comment, and community in place of function sorting.

SDF is pretty good about updating software. This lemmy instance is new and a bit experimental for them, so it may take a bit before an upgrade.
