I would love high speed trains. Having said that, the past few days there have been delays and cancellations in and out of Penn Station because of heat. HEAT. I would hope Amtrak, NJT or whoever else wouldn’t be involved in building it.

Edit:

Due to this week’s extreme temperatures, NJ TRANSIT is currently experiencing heat-related rail equipment issues. On Thursday, July 18 and Friday, July 19, select trains will not operate. Click here for complete schedule details. Crews are working around the clock to make repairs.
