Being shot at still makes one a victim of a shooting. Unless you wanna clarify that to all the kids at Sandy Hook, Uvalse, and the myriad others in this country.

Meanwhile, if the shooter had better aim, we'd have a better country.

Hey, gun control is a very serious issue.

I suspect the shooter picked an incorrect weapon and this negatively affected their ability to accurately place shots center of mass.

The bullet hit a teleprompter. He wasn’t shot. He was shot at. He’s not a shooting victim. He’s a teleprompter that got shot victim.
