"Join us for a #NintendoDirect livestream focused on #NintendoSwitch games coming in the second half of 2024! There will be no mention of the Nintendo Switch successor during this presentation."

I doubt they will. Ninendo is not fighting with PS and Xbox, and it surely has no reason to fight with Steam Deck and other powerful portables. They found their market, and they are extremely successful at what they are doing. One does not need super hardware to create wonderful games.
