I have a repair manual composed of PDF Files for my old Mercedes that runs on a CD-ROM that is protected by Laser Lock.

I cannot figure out how to gain access to the individual PDF Files outside of the program. I use OS, not windows and it is a royal pain having to open up Parallels to run WIndows, just to view a couple of PDF files.

Not sure if it's the same, but we used to run a black magic marker around the outside edge where the CD has that small band to eliminate the anti recording security.
