According to the motherboard's website you should be good to upgrade just the cpu, and says it's supported from BIOS version 2409 and above. That BIOS version seems to have come out on 2020/12/04 and according to the cpu-z screenshot your's seems to be from 2019/11/13 so I think you'll need to update it.
Other than that maybe look into what memory speeds you want to hit with the new cpu, i think 3600 MHz is the sweet spot for amd 5000' but should work just as fine with 3200 (which might be what you already have since it's standard for the R5 3600 cpus as well).
