I don't think anyone knows it's purpose. It been in prealpha for a long time.

However its pretty cool to me that we can reverse engineer windows

Seems like most useful when you have software that must have special device drivers. Otherwise Wine seems more interesting.

Is this still a Russian project? Thought it originally was. Am I wrong?
