I haven't tried these, but someone mentioned them the other day as being fantastic. I was looking for another good CRPG after I finish my current Pathfinder WotR run so I wishlisted the bundle, and apparently had great timing.

Never played the Sega Genesis one, but the trilogy for PC games are not difficult. Few fights here and there take some thinking, but generally pretty easy. You shouldn't have any issues, if you've played any tactical type games before
