Intelligent dance music (commonly abbreviated as IDM) is a style of electronic music originating in the early 1990s, defined by idiosyncratic experimentation rather than specific genre constraints. It emerged from the culture and sound palette of electronic and rave music styles such as ambient techno, acid house, Detroit techno and breakbeat; it has been regarded as better suited to home listening than dancing. Prominent artists associated with it include Aphex Twin, Autechre, Squarepusher, Venetian Snares, Boards of Canada, Telefon Tel Aviv, ฮผ-Ziq, the Black Dog, the Future Sound of London, and Luke Vibert.

This song is from 1998's Radiotin EP https://www.discogs.com/master/146636-Ceephax-Acid-Crew-Radiotin-EP

But the playlist is for the compilation album "Ceephax Acid Crew" from 2003 https://www.discogs.com/master/281938-Ceephax-Acid-Crew-Ceephax-Acid-Crew

Other highlights in this album include: Marshmellow, Credick, Vax Alley, 3 Note Safari, Acid Varsity, Seasick Acid, 2 Note Safari, and Stormdrain.

And BTW, Ceephax is on Mastodon https://mastodonapp.uk/@ceephax
