Ich verstehe das so: solang im Cannabis Club in der Satzung die Bereitstellung von Cannabis drinnen steht sind wir im ideellen Bereich. Damit keine USt. Bin aber auch kein Anwalt.

Sobald aber zB. Brownies verkauft werden sind wir dort nicht mehr.
